Frequently asked questions and answers about using rtp995 are organised into five sections — deposits, documents and verification, playing on mobile, football questions, and member offers. Deposits
At rtp995, you can deposit using five methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and Bank Transfer. All methods support Myanmar Kyat and are convenient options for players in Myanmar. Choose the method that suits you best to make your deposit.
rtp995 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay) may charge their own fees — please check with them directly. We are not responsible for those charges.
If your account balance does not update within a few minutes after depositing, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat with a screenshot of your payment. Our staff will check the records and resolve it as quickly as possible.
At rtp995, the minimum deposit per transaction is 5,000 Ks. For withdrawals, the minimum is 10,000 Ks and you will receive your funds within 5–30 minutes.
To deposit with KBZPay, log in via rtp995 Login, go to the deposit section, select KBZPay, transfer to the KBZPay number we provide, then upload a screenshot of the transaction. Once verified, your account will be credited.
Documents & Verification
For KYC verification at rtp995, you can submit a Myanmar National Registration Card (NRC) or a Passport. Take a clear photo of the original document and upload it — it will only be accepted if it is clearly readable.
KYC checks are carried out to protect players' funds and accounts, ensure information is accurate, and maintain responsible gaming standards. This process is part of how rtp995 remains a secure and trustworthy platform.
The name on your payment account must match the registered name on your rtp995 account. If the names differ, the withdrawal will be put on hold for further verification as a security measure. If there is a mismatch, contact us immediately via Live Chat.
You may be asked to verify your identity during your first withdrawal, when withdrawing a large amount, or when your account security level is being upgraded. Having your ID ready in advance will speed up the process.
All documents submitted to rtp995 are stored on servers protected with SSL encryption. This information is not shared with third parties, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Playing on Mobile
Yes. Open rtp995.vip in Chrome, tap the menu (⋮) at the top right, and select "Add to Home Screen". An icon will appear on your home screen and the site will open directly without a browser bar. On iOS Safari, tap the Share button and select "Add to Home Screen".
rtp995 works well with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. You can play on any browser on Android or iOS — no app download needed. Keep your browser updated to the latest version.
If your connection drops and a game is interrupted, the game servers will not incorrectly deduct any amount from your balance. Reopen your browser and log in and the game will resume from where it left off. If the issue persists, contact us via Live Chat.
First, clear your browser cache — you can do this via Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data. Close any unnecessary browser tabs and move to a location with a good WiFi or 4G/5G signal. If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat — we are here to help.
Football Betting Questions
Yes. At rtp995 you can bet on England Premier League (EPL) and Myanmar National League (MNL) fixtures, as well as UEFA Champions League and FIFA World Cup matches. You can view available matches in the Football section.
Live betting means placing bets on a match while it is in progress. This is available at rtp995, allowing you to make informed choices based on the real-time match situation and current score.
Handicap is a system that gives the stronger team a one-goal or half-goal deficit to level the contest. For example — if you bet on Team A (-1), Team A must win by 2 goals for your bet to win; if they win by only 1 goal, the bet loses. Odds are displayed in Decimal format.
Accumulator (maung) means placing bets on multiple matches at once, and all of them must win for you to collect the combined odds payout. The potential return is higher, but if even one match loses, the entire stake is lost — so bet carefully.
Football bets at rtp995 are settled using official results. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the staked amount is returned to the player. For any questions about match results, you can contact us via Live Chat.
Member Promotions
If wagering is not completed within the specified period after receiving bonus funds, any remaining bonus balance may be removed automatically. After receiving a bonus, check the expiry carefully and plan ahead to complete it in time.
Yes. The 200% first-deposit bonus is available once per player only. You may hold only one account at rtp995, and if the bonus is claimed multiple times through unauthorized methods, an account review will be carried out.
Log in via rtp995 Login, make your first deposit, then activate the welcome bonus in the Bonus section — the bonus funds will be added automatically. A minimum deposit of 5,000 Ks is required to receive the bonus, and you must complete 20x wagering on the bonus amount before withdrawing.
A 200% first-deposit bonus means you receive twice your deposit amount as a bonus. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you get a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks played before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus. The maximum bonus is 100,000 Ks.
At rtp995, you can complete wagering with Slots, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and more), Shan Koe Mee, 3D lottery, and football betting. Wagering contribution rates may vary by game type, so please check the Terms & Conditions.
